Privacy Policy
Last updated 27 September 2026. This explains what Lift Athletics collects through this website, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. We follow the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act 10173).
Who we are
Lift Athletics is a fitness gym at First Touch U-Belt, Pueblo Business Park, Pueblo de Oro Township, Lot 1 and 2 Block 17 Corner Las Ramblas, Beacon Ave, Cagayan de Oro City. You can reach us on 0956 958 3620 or at liftathleticscdo2024@gmail.com.
What we collect
Through our enquiry form we collect your name, mobile number, email address, what you are interested in, and anything you write in your message.
Through our online sign up form we also collect the plan you are paying for, the amount, your payment method, and the payment screenshot you upload, which usually shows a reference number and the date of your transfer.
We do not collect card numbers or banking passwords, and we never ask for them. Our website also uses basic hosting logs and caching, which record standard technical details such as IP address and browser type.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to confirm and record your payment, to activate and manage your membership, and to contact you about your training when you have asked us to.
We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not send marketing emails unless you have asked for them.
Where it is stored
Form submissions are stored on our website host, sent to our email inbox, and recorded in a private spreadsheet that only our team can open. Payment screenshots are stored on our website server.
How long we keep it
Payment screenshots are deleted from our server automatically 60 days after you send them. The record of your payment, such as your name, the plan and the amount, is kept for as long as you are a member and afterwards where we need it for our own accounting records.
Enquiries are kept while we are in touch with you and for a reasonable period afterwards.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act you can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it if it is wrong, ask us to delete it, or object to how we use it. Email liftathleticscdo2024@gmail.com or call us and we will help. We may need to confirm your identity first.
Cookies
Our website uses cookies for basic functions such as caching and keeping the site working properly. We do not use advertising cookies. You can block cookies in your browser settings, although some parts of the site may not work as well.
